The Cape Care Fund is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created between the Western Cape Department of Social Development (DSD) and The Health Foundation of South Africa NPC (THF) to raise funds to further support the work of DSD through vetted, registered, compliant, well-functioning non-profit organisations and non-governmental organisations with a proven track record of quality service delivery in the social sector, in the Western Cape.
By strengthening NPOs in the social sector, we actively contribute toward the strengthening of the communities they serve.
